An underwater stroll with members of the International Diving Center. First time dives will include a theoretical class and a dive accompanied by instructor. The center will provide full equipment.

Sailing combined with Biking
Established well-marked circular route of 23 km, with a low level of difficulty. Most of the trip will be on unpaved surfaces. We will exit L'Escala direction Empúries, take a GR between the beach and the Greco-Roman Ruins of Empuries, we will pass Cinc Claus direction L'Armentera, follow the Rio Fluvià until Arbre Sec. From there to Viladamat by an interior route that will take us back to the starting point.
